After doing an intolerance test with a naturopath due to digestive issues, I found out that I was highly intolerant to dairy and egg. I wasn't eating beef anymore at this stage anyway, so decided I needed to go vegan. Man was it hard especially to find restaurants and cafes to cater to that.
