I love the idea of happy people happy planet. It is the vision I embrace as a light being on this planet. And what I do to make manifest this vision is to live as sustainably, free and self-empowered as I choose. I eat predominantly a plant-based 'livit'. I have been directed to share the gifts given to help humanity. As a sustainable educational consultant I offer workshops, retreats, run a natural food coop as well as a retail outlet.
