Hi, I have a professional chef for over 30 years. Also working in some Michelin starred restaurants in Paris. I have always been ecologically minded and concerned about nature in general. I have recently completed the full macrobiotic course in Lisbon and the "Whole Food Plant Based Course with E Cornell institut for nutritional studies. I love cooking vegan food and am persuaded that this is the way to go for respecting animals and the world which is our home. I cook and eat with mindfulness.
