    Instructions

    Put the batter mix ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Mix the oyster mushrooms with the batter.
    Heat the grapeseed oil in a pan and fry the oyster mushrooms covered in batter.
    Serve with a homemade ketchup.

    Ingredients

    Batter mix:
    2 cups garbanzo powder
    1/2 tbsp seasalt
    1/2 tbsp white pepper
    1/2 tbsp cayenne
    1/2 tbsp corriander powder
    1/2 tbsp dill
    1 1/4 cups natural spring water

    1/2 kilo oyster mushrooms
    2 cups grapeseed oil
