Dice tofu into 1/4 inch pieces. Browning tofu and onions is optional. Put everything except jalapenos in crock pot or stove top pot. Add water if you want it soupier. Add jalapenos as garnish if desired.
To brown, dice tofu and onion. Heat olive oil in saute pan, add tofu and toss carefully until brown. Add onions as tofu begins to brown, not before, as they will burn before tofu gets brown.
Recipe freezes well, so double or triple ingredients as desired.

1 package extra firm tofu
3 15 oz can beans, drained and rinsed (your choice of black, red, white beans, or one of each)
2 15 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 16 oz bag frozen roasted corn
1/3 cup hot ketchup
3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
1 large onion, diced
Jalapeno, sliced (optional)
