Instructions
- Place a handful of the lettuce on the bottom of the dish/plate.
- Turn the zucchini into spaghetti, either by using a machine or by hand. And add this on top of the lettuce.
- Slice the cucumber into any desired shape. And add this together with the rest of the ingredients.
- Add in the sun-dried tomatoes (diced or how as is)
- Sprinkle on some pumpkin seeds.
- Cut the vegan cheese into small cubes and add.
- Add the pesto sauce to taste.
