All you can eat buffet with vegan options - Edit
We were really excited to try this place, after all it's not easy to find an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet with good vegan options, especially for an affordable price. Although they do offer a decent variety of vegan dishes, we missed having more sushi options, like something including tofu, mushrooms, eggplant, asparagus or other ingredients that are very easy to find in Alicante. Also, there's no vegan dessert available.

The menu has vegan and allergens labels, which is nice. However, some are incorrect: the mango/cucumber/avocado makis, for example, are not marked as vegan, but they are, whereas the fried rice is marked as vegan, but it's prepared with eggs if you don't ask to remove it.
Oh, and an interesting detail: the waiters take the orders and serve the hot dishes, but a robot serves the cold dishes! It was a cool experience.
