Expensive. Meat mezze €28 vegan €28. First 3 dishes were good chickpeas w/ tahini salad & beet couscous then it went down hill. 3 tomatoes & 3 olives, some potatoes and some mushrooms. Seemed sad. The Windmill does far better vegan mezze & options

Best mezze, fantastic view - Edit
This place serves some of the best vegan food I have ever had. All natural ingredients (with an unhealthy amount of delicious olive oil). I love that it felt like 'real' food: filling (I'm used to unfulfilling salads), varied, basically unprocessed. Portions were big (they kept coming with more and more plates, each so nice). The view was fantastic (and romantic), decorations were great. Servers were very nice. All-in-all great place!!

We were a group of 2 meat eaters and 2 vegans. As vegans we had so many options! It was so good and diverse and delicious. Strongly recommended!

As a family we are a vegan, meat eater and a kinda vegetarian. So we got one of each meal because it is a preset menu. However the vegan and vegetarian one were the same except for 1 price of feta cheese. And they did not tell us. They brought one dish at a time and said vegan so the vegetarian didn’t think it was for her. Because it was not told to us a the beginning of the meal. Meat meze had several large portions. Vegan was small portions and expected to be shared with vegetarian. Was $100 with only water for 3 of us.

There isn’t a menu as such, just the option of meat, vegetarian or vegan meze.

It was €18 each plus drinks, so an evening for 2 cost us around €50 total. Not the cheapest option, but lovely food in a really beautiful environment. Reservations recommended as it’s often fully booked.

The food was so delicious and yummy. Staff was helpful and polite. You can get the mezze menu which costs 17€. It’s a lot of food and fills you up. Potatoes was so good as well as the lentil dip with caramelised onions. Loved it. Totally recommend. The vibe is super nice too.

It was also a nice experience to see a preserved townhouse with original items and furnishings as if I was visiting a local family from the early 20th century but not like a museum but a living place :)

This tavern serves only meze per person. They also serve vegan meze. The dishes appear simple, but taste exceptional. Every bite was heaven in my mouth. Nice atmosphere and great service. If I could I would give 5 stars.

They only serve meze - the staff will ask what you prefer (meat/veggie/vegan). The vegan meze was great, plenty of delicious small dishes. The restaurant looks really good and staff is attentative and nice.
