The Best Falafels - Edit
I ordered trough Uber Eats and the falafels came as a free extra and they turned out to be the best falafels I have tasted! I am usually not even a big fan of falafels. But these were amazing. And not dry like some falafels.
Read moreThere's one dish I would not order again: the Lebanese salad Fattoush vegan - it was unfortunately very soggy in the bottom, perhaps the delivery took too long for it to stay good or there was just too much water in it. Perhaps it's a better dish at the restaurant. Also the potato wedges I ordered needed to be reheated. But that might have been the fault of slow delivery.
The Lebanese extra bread looked and tasted exactly the same as the one in the supermarkets. I hope it is made in the restaurant, but I'm not sure. The price is not bad: only 50 cents. But I would pay more for a surely homemade warm version. But I do understand if it's easier to buy a ready made & focus on the other food preparation more. In that case it would be best to be transparent about it, not hiding if it's delivered to the restaurant.
Affordable prices. Nice size portions. I would like to order again or visit the place. I didn't take any pictures of the cauliflower aubergine rolls I ordered. But those tasted very nice.
The mezze portions look great in the pics that I have seen. I would like to try a mezze with falafels next and take pics.
I had very high expectations of this place and I hope to see & taste the same as others who have rated this place highly. Hopefully next time will be the perfect experience. I'm hopeful!

The reason that I did not gave 5 is because I would cut some of the oil from aubergine by example, or even do the falafel in the oven, could be a different experience
All in all, check this out😄
P.s. be prepared for big delicious portions 😂

The staff was very helpful in pointing out the vegan options/helping us order and the food arrived quickly so if your in the area and in a rush this could be good option. We got the the aubergine plate and the cauliflower plate but I would try the sandwich or wrap since everything (except maybe the falafel) is served cold

Everything had so much flavor - but my particular favorite was the cauliflower. I did a little dance with every bite. My husband liked the mix salad the best (tomato, cucumber, onion) because of the dressing - it got better with every bite. Hummus, babganoush & eggplant were also wonderful - all for a really reasonable price. We will be back often!

Ali's is one of the best places in The Hague, hands down. It's an absolute must for me to go there every time I'm there. The wraps are so delicious, I love them so much. The staff is very friendly and the vegan options are clearly marked on the menu.

Sells mostly wraps and mezze. A lot of well priced and labeled vegan options. For me personally the third-best falafel in town.
Read moreWhen you order the mezze, be pepared that flavours tend to be a bit on the sour side. The hummus is a bit sour, which doesn't compliment well with the pickles. Still good value for money, though!
Want to give 4,5 stars, but end up rounding it down instead of up because of the unbalanced mezze.
Pros: Perfect for take-away or as streetfood, Good value for money, Friendly, hard-working staff.
Cons: Flavours tend to be a bit sour, Can be busy during lunch or dinner time
