The ramen here is fine. You have to specify that you want yours vegan since the default contains egg noodles. The broth was okay, and I’m not a fan of the greasy sautéed veg topping. It’s also a bummer that they don’t offer tofu as a topping. Nothing else on the menu can be made vegan.

Alkaline offers a vegetarian ramen, and it is so good and delicious! The ramen comes with vegetable toppings, an egg (if you want it), seaweed, and the broth is this heavenly delicious miso broth. It is honestly the best ramen I’ve ever eaten! The noodles are also good quality and you can order to have extra in the soup!
