All About the Cinnamon Baby is easily one of the best vegan cinnamon roll experiences I’ve had. - Edit
The vegan batter took over two years to develop; and it shows in how soft, rich, and balanced the roll is. I tried multiple options; including strawberries and Lotus cookies; and every bite felt intentional rather than overly sweet.
Read moreWhat I loved most is the customization; vegan cream cheese, Oreos, gluten-free options; you can really make it your own. The space also has a strong community feel; warm, welcoming, and creative.
Highly recommend if you’re in the Valley or willing to make the drive.
