Healthy eating near Times Square

This is an assembly line place--you go to the counter, get a grain, two vegetables, and a protein (the vegan protein is tempeh). The food here is organic, with no refined oils, very filling, healthy, and mostly vegan--much better than similar assembly line places in the area (such as Sweetgreen or Cava). There is a bunch of seating insider and a restroom for customers, and there is also a pleasant outdoor mall to eat if the weather is good.
