Very Good Comfort Food - Edit
I recently went here for lunch. I wasn't expecting much at this place, but it was totally great. First of all, the waiter was completely conversant in all matters vegan, as was the kitchen. The mushroom fritters were perfect - crispy on the outside and still a little juicy on the inside. The Palak Daal was thick and rich. The stuffed Aloo Paratha was also quite nice. The decor needs a bit of an upgrade, but kitchen and waitstaff are doing great anyways.

Vegetarian 5-star food - Edit
Their food is fantastic. Service is good.
Read moreBut expect a bit of a wait. My dosa took quite some time but it was so freshly done and delicious that I didn’t care.
Try their fresh juices as well 💖

Decent Gujarati food - Edit
We tried the thali set and the mushroom dosa. Both were comforting and satisfying, though slightly heavy. A nice spot if you’re looking for simple, home-style Gujarati Indian food!

Home style Indian food - Edit
I had a late lunch/early dinner here which was rice, dhal and aloo jeera. The service was quick, the food was fresh and with very generous portions. A great place for traditional Indian food that tastes like moms cooking😄

Disappointing - Edit
We had dinner - ordered a couple of the specials of the day (each day is a different special) - the chichi was good. However the dhosa was mediocre - this is the first restaurant I have been to where the dhosa has been soso. The sabhar too was soso. The chilli paneer too looked delicious but turned out soso. The dhahi vada were quite tasteless - had to smother it with the chutneys.

Fantastic Indian veg food - Edit
This was the best meal I had during two weeks in Kenya. The mixed bhajia were fresh and crispy, and there was a great selection of fillings. They made sure I only got vegan chutneys, although the mint chutney had yogurt by default.
Read moreThe garlic masala dosa was also great in both flavor and texture. The sambar was the only thing that was good but not great.
Service was excellent, friendly, and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
