Homemade plant-based cuisine - Edit
A welcoming, family atmosphere in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Outstanding hospitality. Giulia, one of the owners, is vegan and does the cooking herself, so there is a separate, fully plant-based menu available. We chose a platter of appetizers featuring homemade soy cheese with herbs—which was delicious—and tried two types of tortelli, particularly enjoying the one filled with almond ricotta and pea cream. The homemade liqueurs, crafted with local ingredients, were also excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options as well.
