All vegan

Had the pistacchio grapfen. The filling tasted like grinded almonds, a bit bitter. Nothing like the taste of pisstachio. Looking at the ingredients, the main one is almond.

Positive thing is that Going is a chain and other locations also sell quite some vegan buns.

Fully Vegan Re-Opening

After months of anticipation, the "Vegan Bear" finally (re-) opened in August 2024, with everything Vegan, just like the first Vegan Göing.

It is basically the first Vegan Göing, but a lot bigger with plenty of seating options outside and inside, where you are encouraged to, for example, take your laptop with you as power-outlets are provided.

While the small first one only had certain items on certain days, this new one seems to have everything all the time and more (i. e. coconut-milk for coffee).

Other than fancy vegan snacks, they also have standard-bakery stuff such as plain bread, crossaints or lye pastry.

As stated before, you can sit outside, but the area is quite noisy with all the loud cars (and I guess occasional trams). Although the tram line nearby is the one that runs the Pride-Tram, if that's any consolidation.

Update on the opening times: They now open a little later, but stay open longer into the afternoon, which is a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

Also, on Opening day, they gave you a lot of free stuff.

In conclusion, I'll be visiting both Vegan Göings from time to time: The first one is closer to where I live and I'll buy based on what is available that day. If I want something specific, to sit down or just happen to be in the area, the Vegan Bear it is.

Werde in Zukunft öfter dort hingehen.

Pros: 100% vegan, Viele verschiedene Produkte , Schöne Lokation

Fully vegan bakery

A fully vegan bakery - always amazing!
I haven't tried many of the pastries yet but they all look delicious. And Göing always stands for good vegan quality.
I was a little disappointed today about the small selection of sandwiches/breads and the ones I bought did not blow me away. They were good though! But I was there quite early, maybe the employee wasn't finished preparing them 🙃
