Great vegan food with creative touch and attention to detail. We were served a sample platter of black and white bean pâté with bread which was lovely. I had a soya milk raspberry chai, cold and a traditional vegan ftira made with no-tuna and delicious side salads and garlic vegan-mayo. So good...

We were in Malta for 1 week and visited Balance Bowl twice. We had the brunch deal which was great value, tasty and filling. We also had burgers which were perfect and really hit the spot.

Great variety of dishes, many specialties for this place. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. I tried the cauliflower steak with NO tzatsiki dip. It was delicious, though didn’t remind me a steak 🙂

Amazing vegan food - Edit
Delicious vegan food, with such generous portions, leaving us full and satisfied. The food feels so healthy and not oily. We were given a complimentary starter which was very tasty while we were waiting for the food. Also make lovely juices and smoothies. All the staff are really friendly and kind. We will definitely be back when we are next in Malta!

Lovely little place- the staff are very attentive and the food is just delicious. Tried the butternut squash and sweet potato soup, seitan kebab, and ‘tuna’ nourish bowl. Possibly the best kebab I’ve had!

Lovely food, huge portions! None of us could finish the mains. I took 3 non-vegans and everyone loved their meal. We had the Buddha bowl - great flavours, especially the duck - Schnitzel, cauli steak and cheeseburger. It was all delicious. They have happy hour, 4 - 7pm with buy one get on free cocktail, we tried the Cucumber spritz which was nice and refreshing. After 7pm ladies get a free glass of prosecco when you order a main.cStaff were very friendly, and with a party of 4 we were given some complimentary Borgilla and bread (traditional maltese bean dip) Worth the visit!

As far as I am aware, the only fully plant based restaurant in Malta. Varied menu with lots of options. Portion sizes are excellent and service friendly. Would highly recommend.
