Extensive Vegan Menu, Mostly Allium-Free - Edit
Bangkok Jam's vegan menu has expanded and is now very extensive! They've collaborated with various local brands such as OnlyEg, Happiee, and Forever by Shandi to feature different plant-based alternatives. (For the previous Green Monday menu, the Beyond dish is still available, while the dishes with OmniFoods and Heura have been removed.) They recently had a seasonal special, Vegan Thai Drunken Noodles with Forever By Shandi Global 'Chicken' which my non-veg fam and I absolutely loved! Other items I've tried and enjoyed are the Vegan Green Curry, Vegan Kway Teow with OnlyEg, and Vegan Assorted Appetiser Platter - Banana Blossom Cakes and Crispy Mushrooms are the bomb!
Read moreAn online version of the menu is available at their website~ The menu has vegan options clearly demarcated in a separate section on each page / for each category. Note that the Vegetable section and Desserts section are not labelled, but the staff said there are vegan options (e.g. Coconut Dumplings); do confirm and clarify with the staff when ordering. The allium-free options are also clearly labelled with icons; most of the vegan options are allium-free. So grateful that there are so many vegan options here (ironically, more vegan-friendly than the vegetarian eatery in the same mall heh...), especially since there isn't a fully veg Thai eatery in Singapore! Kudos to the team, including the chefs for R&Ding these impressive dishes, as well as the friendly and well-informed service staff. Conveniently accessible via Great World MRT Exit 2.

Love the vibes here and the food are very well cooked - Edit
Tried Bangkok Jam's rendition of Thai Drunken Noodles! It is vegan and non-alliums options available too. Thai Drunken Noodles is a cult-favourite street food in Thailand. We love how flavourful it is and wish I have tummy space for more, simply delicious! Only available till 15 Oct 2023 though.
Read moreWe also tried their Vegan Pomelo Salad, which has a refreshing tangy sweet taste with a hint of spiciness. It’s our new favourite! The Crispy Mushroom is a must-have for us, super crunchy. We always go for their Vegan Coconut Tom Yum Soup when looking for something comforting. Their Thai Milk Tea completes the meal. Glad to see them available in vegan version. I personally like their Thai Milk Tea with oat milk, perfect for oat milk lovers like me!

Huge Vegan and allium-free options! - Edit
We came to try Bangkok Jam's Vegan Thai Drunken Noodles and love it! It features Shandi Global's plant-based chicken, offering nearly 30% protein, equivalent to real chicken. This alternative is hormone and antibiotic-free, with no added salt, trans fats, artificial or GMO ingredients. It's lower in salt, highly digestible, and an excellent real chicken substitute.
Read moreAs vegan and flexitarian diets gain traction, Bangkok Jam aims to be a contemporary Thai brand that embraces these trends. Over 30% of the menu, including starters, soups, salads, Thai curries, rice, and noodle dishes, features delectable vegan and allium-free options.
I highly recommend @Bangkokjam for both non-vegans and vegans to gather and enjoy a Thai meal without compromising on options.

Food is average/ server below average - Edit
Honest review)
Read moreWife and visited 19 Dec 22' about 5.30pm. Ordered pineapple rice, red curry and coconut tomyum, pad Thai and the Thai papaya salad(all vegan version)
The place has only 2 tables occupied including us at that time.
New waitress came and took our order and didn't confirm the order.(not big deal) Our food came wrongly. Gave us green curry and told us it is red curry. Then we insisted that there is nothing red about about this curry. The 2nd dish they gotten is was the clear broth tom yam instead of the coconut tom yum.
We thought, it's ok. Mistakes do happen. They took the dish back, came to us and tried to confirm the orders 3 more times by another server.
Food,
Truth to be told, it's a tad bit too oily for my pineapple rice, noodles were a stiff to begin with. The only couple decent dish was the papaya salad and pineapple rice.
Will not return. GWC outlet at least.
Pros: Some vegan options
Cons: Little Expensive

Vegan Thai Cuisine - Edit
@bangkokjam.sg @greatworldsingapore (GWC) collaborated with @lovehandlesg to offer a list of vegan friendly Thai delicacies to us all! The GWC outlet staff are friendly, restaurant is pretty and spacious. 🎄 Christmas deco is up too (great x’mas vibes there). Definitely a great place for friends’ Gathering!
Read more@greenshopper and I have tried the below dishes and hot lemongrass drinks. All were so good and well paired with the @lovehandlesg plant-based chicken. We finished everything because they were so good. Quoting from my Gf - “@lovehandle plant-based “chicken” tasted like real meat.” Wow. Go give these a try! Legit delicious. I am so going back again. My favourite is per ranked below:
1️⃣ Vegan Pomelo Salad with Grilled Plant-based @lovehandlesg Roast Chicken – Ohh, this drives me nuts. 🤤 Combined every bits together and it was full of different flavours & refreshing. Highly recommended to try. Tasted very “Thai” to me. Reminded me of my recent BKK trip. Also, the plant based roast chicken is so yummy.
2️⃣ Vegan Olive Fried Rice with @onlyeg.sg with Homemade Sweet Love Handle Plant-based Chicken – The “chicken” is so well seasoned and soft. Likey!
3️⃣ Stir Fried Kway Teow with OnlyEg & Black Soy Sauce with Plant-based @lovehandle chicken – Oh the wokhey taste 🔥
4️⃣ Crispy Mushroom with homemade Vegan Sweet Chilli Mayo – The homemade sauce is so good. Wish they sell the homemade sauce in jar. Pair super well with Crispy Mushroom. I will order this again next time too!
⚠️ Note: Currently the vegan menu only available in GWC outlet. 15 Dec 2022 onwards, @plazasingapura outlet will also include the vegan selection and sometime next year, @marinasquaresg outlet will also include these. Exciting isn’t it! 🥳 Finally a place to satisfy our Thai food craving for good. 🥹 #gdll
P.S. Do check with staff if can omit alliums. Some of the dishes probably customisable.
