the menu seems to change based on availability so i would call beforehand to know what they have!! i got a chocolate bowl and it was a great dessert. the cafe seems to genuinely care about animal welfare and donates to relevant organizations!! would gladly support their business again and again. the cozy vibes and lofi music were fantastic.

Delicious healthy vegan food in Amman - Edit
Such a cute vegan haven in Amman. Run and owned by Sara and her family, who are all so lovely. We had the cauli dip and the tofu zinger wrap which was so so delicious. Really huge portions! We highly recommend to anyone for a healthy filling delicious meal.

1st Fully Vegan Spot in the Country - Edit
Amazing and run by an incredible activist. Fresh food daily, delicious, and laid back. If they seem closed, just call or WhatsApp the number on the door. They’re likely open. We were a group of 11 and they quickly ran out of menu items as it was night time already (yay for sold out!), so call ahead for big parties. We tried the final 2 slices of chocolate cake (nice, but a bit dry), the meatballs in sauce (my favourite) and the shawarma (others’ favourite). We also enjoyed soy milk or rice milk banana shakes and returned a second time for the polenta and mushroom stew. I would say the orders and the paying the bill part were kind of messy, but it’s very casual and I enjoyed the night over all.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience for this night ...unfortunately we was before 1 hour of our closing time and we are doing daily dishes and we don't have always all the items available as we are cooking dailly morning in a small amount of each dish so we can always have fresh food ...we are very sorry about the inconvenience also of the separately payment that we didn't had change enough. Hope you will return to visit us and we will make sure to apologize for the inconvenience hope you understand us and for sure next time your dinner is on us 🙏have a wonderful trip

They didn't have the cauliflower or the polenta and mushroom stew when I was there. Looks really good! I like the mock meats when it's purely one thing. Unlike eating beyond or impossible, which are tasty but not good in the sense of overly processed! I went to Bayt Sara three times too! 😅😅😅

1st vegan restaurant in Amman. Really enjoyed my meal here. Restaurant is super cozy. The owner Sara is very kind, cool, and a true activist. Ordered vegan lasagna and the shwerma. Both large portions of food. Incredibly delicious! Leaving you're stomach and heart very happy and full! Also, was kind to give me a free dessert on the way out. Highly recommend! Go #vegan!

The place to go in Amman❤️ - Edit
The restaurant is cozy, beautiful and well located. The food is delicious and HUGE. Sara is an amazing person, very generous, friendly, she genuinely cares so much about people, animals and the planet. I spent something like 2.5 hours just talking to her, to the other lovely customers and eating her incredible food.

Must visit for every vegan in Amman - Edit
If you're vegan visiting Amman don't miss opportunity to eat in Sara's Home - the only vegan restaurant in Amman. There's delicious food like vegan shawarma (7jod but portion for two). Sara the owner is really nice, she takes care of 95 cats and all the tips goes for those cats. She will also recommend you the best places to visit in Jordan. It changed my trip to meet her :))

This was quite the treat while I was in Jordan. I messaged Sara via WhatsApp 30 minutes before closing not expecting her to respond but she took my order, sent a delivery person to my hotel, and it was all extremely reasonably priced. The portions were enormous and she even threw in a free soda! Would recommend for vegans traveling through Amman.

Read moreThe location is so perfect (look across the street from the restaurant and don’t forget to get a picture on the rainbow stairs). Inside is nicely decorated, cozy and so inviting. We ended up ordering everything on her menu, but the best was the lasagna—-it was amaaazing!
We ordered try vegan kebab, meatballs, hotdog and also tried some other things I can’t remember the name of. All of the food was super delicious and home made😄
Sara is a very special person. She has worked so hard and traveled to 95 countries. She has a very special heart and you can see that upon meeting her. There is a cat problem is Amman (sooo many strays) and she is caring for 95 cats and a lot of her salary goes directly to feeding them. We met her dad as well, who was outside feeding them meat and cat food (so sweet).
I highly recommended to visit here if you are vegan. Even if you are not, you should stop by and support her business because she is truly trying to make a positive difference in the world and we need businesses like hers to survive and thrive.
Thank you for giving us such a beautiful dining experience in Amman!
