Vegan Options! - Edit
While far from my favorite Thai option in Portland, where Beau Thai does earn my admiration is their consistently affordable pricing, willingness to follow dietary restrictions (just include what you're looking to avoid in the notes for delivery/tell your waiter/waitress in person) & their availability for late-night delivery. I've been ordering from Beau Thai for almost ten years & have yet to find egg or meat in my food & they often will label my orders with my instructions (i.e. no fish sauce, vegan, etc.) so I feel safe ordering from them.

Good place for vegan and vegetarians. - Edit
They have tofu and tempeh as options for vegan and vegetarians.
Read moreAlways get it at late night for many times. The price is reasonable,
