High End Vegan Dining - Edit
As one of my favorite classy restaurants when I was vegetarian, I was excited to hear they recently started a vegan dinner menu upon request. To my surprise, the vegan menu had plenty of mouth watering options that ran from appetizer to entree and deserts.
Read moreLike all the dishes at B&E, the food and presentation was unparalleled and they gave the same attention to detail to each vegan dish as they would to any other. The Ginger Marinated Portabella Mushrooms was my entree of the evening, an amazing dish I look forward to eating again, although I'm eager to try them all.
As with any popular NYC restaurant, the place can get really busy, so it's best to make reservations ahead, and enjoy the experience of fine dining while being patient. If there is a wait, it's short, and more than worth it.
