Read moreBut, the deli is great with tons of great deli sandwiches, croissants, panninis etc. excellent place to grab a picnic for a day at the beach.

Had a vegan wrap, which includes veggies and a homemade black bean hummus. It was great! They also have fresh produce like berries for snacking. It’s open 24/7. They also have a vegan panini and a vegan breakfast burrito on the menu

There are a lot of vegan options perfect for taking back to our room/onto the beach. Love the friendly vibe and welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite places to patronize on Folly. They have 3 vegan menu items: vegan melt (Daiya, basil, tomato—my fave), vegan goddess wrap, and vegan burrito (breakfast menu). They’re all delicious. They also had vegan protein wraps (delicious) and tofu nuggets with sauce in the deli case. They carry vegan Daiya pizzas, including my favorite: the supreme. I only wish I had a store with this selection at home.

What can I say- we go to Berts all the time when we go to Folly! Open 24/7, convenient, many more vegan options than one would expect- they make fresh burritos, wraps, paninis to order and they have Daiya cheese. There's some vegan fresh stuff in the deli case too- breaded tofu nuggets, Vegan TVP/tofu wraps, curried tofu "chicken salad", there's organic produce, organic items throughout the grocery section too. They have a great selection of beer and wine and pretty much a little of everything- it's a mini general store. Sometimes they run out of stuff and sometimes don't get restocked for days or weeks (currently they're out of Daiya pizzas and Vans waffles and said they'll get more in 2 weeks). It's a funky little gem of a place that enriches Folly Beach for sure!
