Heartfelt yoga, delicious vegan food, warm community - Edit
I’ve become a regular visiter here ever since I went for yoga & dinner on a Fri night. It was the most intentional heartfelt yoga I've ever done! Not only did I get a good workout, but I also felt very calm, relaxed and content afterwards, even after struggling in some challenging poses.
Read moreThe event also had kirtan, or group singing, and a brief philosophy discussion. Carly led the activities w a lot of warmth, grace and light-heartedness. The participants also generally were accepting, humble and thoughtful people that I enjoyed talking to.
Had delicious vegan dinner prepared by Ananta, a monk who works there. I recall it was basmati rice with Indian curry, fresh salad, and semolina pudding with chestnut for dessert.
Since then I’ve gone to many more similar events, and really appreciate the care with which everyone makes this community space so welcoming.
Pros: Wholehearted staff members, Plenty of tasty vegan food at events with meals, Fun activities
Cons: Space can seem pretty small
