Fresh vegetarian burritos, tacos and salads available. Everything is made to order and these items can be made vegan too. Fresh Guacamole, salsa, beans and rice made daily.

They can do better! - Edit
I was disappointed with the tofu Burrito. The beans were undercooked???? How can that be. Was flavorless and expensive. Tortilla was wax like in texture.

Fresh fillings - Edit
The beans and rice burrito, ordered without cheese, was nicely enhanced with selecting some extra fillings, including squash and corn, and spinach, which was fresh and abundant. While the wrapping was a bit doughy, the filling was really nice. When I thanked the owner for the vegan options, he was very pleased. Looks like you could figure out tacos and nachos and such in the same manner. food court atmosphere, with picnic tables, or even better seating in the rear of the food court outside.
