Serves bagels with spreads of herb & garlic cream cheese or sobrasada (chorizo), and offers a breakfast bagel with eggy-tofu, cheese, bacon and avocado. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and local craft beers are available. Founded 2017 and opened this shop in 2018. Preorder via website. Open Mon-Fri 09:00-20:30, Sat-Sun 10:00-20:30. Kitchen fully open 10am - 2pm.

Wide range of doughnuts which are the same price as delish vegan doughnuts in centro Madrid but imo much nice and more imaginative flavours. Love also they do a savory menu. I had the aguacate y salmón tostada but would like to try more, it was yummy pero un poco caro (€8) for what it is. However they do cheap decent chocolate caliente.

The chikin donut is out of this world! - Edit
I was a little worried ordering a donut with savory filling, but it turned out to be amazing. The donut itself wasn't overly sweet and the Huera chikin (mixed with veg) with a hint of chili and breadcrumbs on the top of the donut was perfectly balanced in both flavor and texture. The sweet donut (chocolate pistachio) was also very good. The only drawback is it is a little pricey for donuts.

Brunch bagel is pretty good, but the bbq sauce is a bit overwhelming. The apricot donut is absolutely fantastic. The acidity of the jam balances the sweetness, and somehow they filled a holed donut toroidally!

Firstly I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I suppose (a) that’s not in keeping with an honest review site and (b) sometimes the service is so bad you want to scream ‘Run away!’ Anyway we entered here with high hopes at 9am for breakfast. The server told me that none of the breakfast bagels were available only toast and avocado. So we ordered that. She got the order wrong and I just got tomato on toast. Now fair enough. I accept my Spanish isnt the best and maybe I got it wrong. No problem. I explained she had the order wrong and she exclaimed whilst tutting at me ‘But that’s what you ordered’ I explained it wasn’t but maybe there’s a misunderstanding but here’s what I want instead. ‘it’ll cost more’ she tutted at me once more. Again no problem I said there’s been a mistake let’s sort it. So she takes my food away goes and gets the card machine and we’re off and running. The correct food comes back but all they’d done is put the avocado on top of the now cold toast. To be fair my wife’s came out on time but that was also cold although at least her order was right. I couldn’t be bothered to have another conversation with the surly waitress so we ate it. The coffee by the way was disgusting. We thought maybe we’d try again so we ordered some cinnamon buns from the menu. No we don’t have those yet she told me -just what’s in the cabinet. A couple of donuts that looked like they’d been there all night.

Now I’ve had my own business for thirty years dealing with the public and have employed plenty of staff. If I’d have seen that in my business I’d have sacked them instantly. I can accept bad service if the food is good. I can sometimes even accept the food being average if the service is outstanding. When the servers are rude and the food is awful I am never going back. Maybe she was having an off day but there’s no excuse for impoliteness and as I say I am perfectly prepared to accept that maybe I ordered the wrong thing. But her attitude after that is what has made me write this review. It could have been avoided if she had some class and said’ Oh ok sorry let’s sort it out. I didn’t charge you for that so I need to make an extra charge but we’ll get you what you want’ Not put on an attitude and make me feel like I’d ruined her day. If I were you I’d try any one of the other excellent cafes in Madrid.

I love this place so much! It's a simple place yet very cozy, the workers are really nice and they have the best doughnuts and bagels in my opinion between all the vegans in Madrid. After all these years, it's still the best in Madrid and it's not even close. I have been coming here for almost 6 years, and they've stayed consistently as the best cafeteria In Spain for vegans and it's not even close.
Read moreQuality over everything is their motto. Only the freshest doughnuts made with seasonal ingredients. They do not bother putting something in the menu if they do not think that they can be the best in it.
Doughnuts? 10/10. Bagels & Burgers? 10/10. Coffee and lattes? 10/10. I always come back when I'm in Madrid and even if I check other places... Sadly for them, Bite me is still King.

I went to Bite Me Cafe for lunch. I got a delicious lox bagel, which I ate at one of their outdoor tables. I also a pistachio tiramisu doghnut to take away. It is not far from Delicias metro station.
