Serves bagels with spreads of herb & garlic cream cheese or sobrasada (chorizo), and offers a breakfast bagel with eggy-tofu, cheese, bacon and avocado. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and local craft beers are available. Founded 2017 and opened this shop in 2018. Preorder via website. Open Mon-Fri 09:00-20:30, Sat-Sun 10:00-20:30. Kitchen fully open 10am - 2pm.

At first I wasn't impressed, but now their donut improved a lot I am glad to tried them back because now I really enjoy the donuts. The variety is huge, they have always something new (with their weekly specials), and all I tried up so far are very good. Worth a small walk from the city center. Also, the staff is extremely nice and joyful :).

Me encanta encontrar sitios veganos un poco alejados del centro. Muy recomendable, el trato en este sitio es increíble. Nos pedimos un donut de oreo (no se como se llama en realidad), un té matcha que me pareció riquísimo, un kombucha y un té, y todo genial. Incluso nos gustó la música que ponían, aunque eso sea más subjetivo. Volveré pronto seguro.

If I return to Madrid, I intend to begin each day in Bite Me. However, I hope they open a cafe in my home city, London.

I traveled all the way from Jerez to try this place This pace is amazing. The doughnuts are amazing and they change the flavours every week. They are the best vegan doughnuts I have every tasted. I tried the peanut butter, fig, cinnamon and sugar, matcha and white chocolate, and chocolate one. Joel the owner is such a lovely guy. He is so friendly and super sweet.

That's it. They're the best, even comparing to non-vegan donuts. Soft dough, not too sweet glaze, incredibly delicious filling and overall very creative flavors. Plus, they're served with a very warming service, the owner is such a nice guy. I was working in Madrid during one week and had to go there three times. Such a special place. The decor reminds me of Friends "Central Perk", maybe because of the couch and the bricks wall. The hot drinks are also on point. And the vegan chorizo sandwich..I still drool just thinking of it.

...aaaand that's a wrap folks. Last day in Madrid to conclude my Euro trip experience with some doughnut dessert at Bite Me. And might I just say, the PERFECT way to end the trip. The barista working the front was super helpful and broke down ALL the new weekly flavors available. I got 2 choco-carmel-walnuts, cookies & cream, and I'm having a brain-fart because I forgot the top left was but it was the first to get executed. Lol The C&C was amazing and choco-carmel-walnuts as well. Saved that extra CCW for breakfast for my train to the airport. Overall, an AMAZING trip for the books. Thank you Europe and thank you Madrid.

There are now several options for vegan doughnuts in Madrid in different neighborhoods, but BiteMe is my favorite. The donuts are always perfectly cooked (at some of the other shops, they seem to be underdone and filling is a bit stingy). While they have creative flavors, they aren’t too over-the-top or cloyingly sweet. Plus, I love the mini-sized donuts - sometimes you have no one to split a normal sized one with, b to you don’t feel like a whole one. On top of that, their café con leche is the best! Not too acidic or bitter, just smooth. The owner, Joel, is super friendly, and the shop is cute. I definitely stop in a few times every time I’m in Madrid. Recommended!
