Todo estaba espectacular: sabores increíbles, combinaciones originales y una calidad brutal. Cada roll tenía algo especial y nada que envidiar (más bien al contrario) al sushi tradicional.

L'ambiance de bloom sushi est calme avec une musique qui passe en fond. La carte propose un large choix de sushis vegan qui sont tous délicieux et très différents. Les goûts et les textures sont variés et l'on retrouve bien la sensation du sushi lorsque l'on prend une bouchée. Par ailleurs, la présentation des plats et l'aspect visuel des sushis est travaillé, ce qui procure une réelle satisfaction à les voir arriver sur sa table.

I was excited about sushi and thrilled to find so many other amazing options! I had planned to order the sushi platter and then had to opt for ordering starters- gyoza(crispy), tartare(too much truffle cream), arancini and then three different rolls. Perfect amount of food for lunch. In hind sight I would avoid anything with truffle, it just seemed to overwhelm the dish.

We've tried a few vegan sushi places around the world so we genuinely didn't expect anything out of the ordinary. We were so wrong. We took the Simple Menu which is a collection of various different sushi. We were both absolutely blown away by the myriad flavours and textures and the complexity of the combinations and how they came together cannot be enthused about enough. This place is genuinely good enough for us to come back to Lyon to visit. The sake we ordered to accompany worked beautifully with the complex flavours. The waiting staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and fortunately for us, had excellent English!

It was great to discover an all vegan sushi restaurant in Lyon! The menu is full of tasty sounding options - so much so that deciding what to eat was the hardest part! In the end, we opted for the simple menu which gives you edamame beans or miso soup, 3 gyoza and an assortment of 14 different sushi rolls, which meant we could try a variety of flavours. We topped this up with some katsu curry rolls and a portobello cutlet with tonkatsu sauce. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted divine. Not cheap at €60 for two (excluding drinks) but definitely worth it!

This was such a treat! What a joy to find such a range of vegan sushi rolls. This offers variety and creativity - we couldn’t decide so we got the omakase menu and added on both crispy rice dishes along with our starters. It was very hard to pick a favourite, and we ended up taking some home because we were so full! Nice wine menu too, which paired well with the sushi. The crispy gyoza were a highlight too! Highly recommend!

We tried three different types of sushi (shrimp, lobster and quinoa) and all three were good, I especially liked the shrimp and lobster ones, it was nice to find those flavours fully vegan.

The staff was nice.
The only downside would be the price. It's very expensive for the quantity.

The food is delicious! Everything is vegan and fresh and there are lots of different sushi to choose from, but also some Japanese and fusion dishes, such as portobello katsu and arancini.
