A few vegan options - Edit
This is an upscale Chinese restaurant with some unusual dishes, most of them NOT vegan. That said, the vegan options available are good. SO, a good option in midtown when dining with non-veg companions.

Elegant Chinese restaurant - Edit
This is an elegant Chinese restaurant with a few vegan items. I came here for the lunch special, where the prices were quite reasonable, and the dish I ordered was quite good.
