A small but incredibly delicious restaurant. I already love Vietnamese cuisine, so I was really happy to check this place out.
Read moreThe food was super fresh and beautifully presented. They offer a variety of curries, soups, and even tapas-style dishes. The vegan soy “meat” actually reminded me of crispy roasted duck — it was perfectly crunchy and really tasty.
The service was also very open and friendly.
I’d definitely come back and would absolutely recommend this place.

Man kommt rein und es riecht schon köstlich. Die Pho war phantastisch und die Vorspeise mit den Sommerrollen in Sushi Form ebenfalls. Auch die Getränke waren nicht 0815 sondern mit einem Twist.

Fully vegan Asian eastery serving Vietnamese and Japanese food. Would recommend the Mien Tron featuring springy glass noodles which soaked up the tangy tamarind sauce, alongside fried beancurd and crispy battered homemade soy steak that didn't have a strong mock meat aftertaste. They also offered homemade seitan annd homemade xa xiu as protein options for their other dishes. About 15min walk from Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church.

We shared a couple of small dishes (listed on the menu as "tapas") and loved them! Our favorite were their Cha Vien, which we ordered twice in a row.

This restaurant appears small on the outside, but it has several more tables inside.
Staff was friendly, and service was relatively quick.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere inside, the warm welcome and the food. I checked the English Menu, no problem. It was available. I don't understand problems about Ordering in english. Just select something on the English Menu and show it.... You might also use Google translator for complex questions. I am doing this in other countries too.

Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the food. We arrived on a Sunday evening to an empty restaurant. It was open, but the staff did not seem interested in having us. They spoke no English and did not make any attempt to communicate at all. We also noticed that they don't accept credit cards either, so we could not pay even if they did seat us.
Read moreWe walked to Vegang which is another Vegan restaurant, located two minutes from Bodhicitta. The place was busy (as were all other restaurants in the area), English was spoken by everyone, and we paid with a credit card. The food was excellent too.

Bodhicitta vegan bowl is a wonderful place for flavor lovers. Everything we had here was excellent and very flavorful! We had the T1 Cha Gio homemade spring rolls with a sweet and sour sauce and T3 NAM CHIEN crispy Herb mushrooms with sesame, with kimchi mayonnaise dip from the tapas section and 7 PHO TIME - Warm bowl with flat rice noodles with homemade seitan, tofu, fresh lettuce, peanuts, sesame and one Kimchi sauce (usually spicy, I asked for less spicy 😁) and 9 COM Hoisin - Warm rice bowl with homemade crispy soy steak, tofu, fresh lettuces, coriander, peanuts, sesame and one Vietnamese Hoisin sauce. I also ordered the loving shake which tastes like a really sweet strawberry drink. We Loved everything we had!

We walked past and came in to eat spontaneously, it was delicious food. We got Bun Xa Xiu (warm Bowl with flat noodles and Hoi sim sauce) and Mien Tron (warm Bowl with glass noodles and Sot Me Sauce).
