Aquafaba meringue but limited vegan flavors. - Edit
Bona Bona offers something different than all the other ice cream places in the area. Everything is handmade in house and unique flavors with aquafaba toasted meringue are offered. The aquafaba meringue topping tastes just like a sweeter toasted marshmallow, sometimes it’s a little too sweet for me if I’m being honest but worth trying once! There’s plenty of free parking in the adjacent lot and the interior is huge so it’s perfect for big and small groups, they also offer children’s parties in a dedicated party room. My criticism is that the owner and management have told me several times about how popular the vegan flavors are and that they will add more options but every time I’ve gone there’s only 2 flavors to choose from and to be honest I’m not a huge fan of either, especially for the premium price. I’m sure I’ll be back but with all the other vegan ice cream options popping up I hope they add more variety in the future!

Cute large shop and they always have several vegan ice cream choices daily plus they make shakes and a delicious vegan meringue that they torch and toast while you watch.

I attended their soft opening because I couldn't wait for the GRAND opening. There were a sampling of the vegan (and non vegan) flavors available, not the full menu at that point. But, it sure didn't disappoint! I tried a pistachio milkshake from the milkshake bar with a toasted aquafaba merengue topping that tasted just like toasted marshmellow- it was so delicious! They have a huge interior, great for parties or group gatherings, including a SPRINKLE room- a cute room off to the side with a Sprinkle décor. The staff is so friendly and eager to make sure everyone's needs were met. I will definitely be going back- it truly hit the spot!
