Delicious vegan Tuscan bean stew - menu otherwise limited for vegans

Bosco Pizzeria is in a great location on whiteladies road. It has a few vegetarian options and limited, but very tasty, vegan options. I had the only vegan main, "Ribollita", which is a delicious Tuscan stew with cannellini, borlotti, spinach, cavolo nero, tomato & oregano served with a couple of slices os toasted bread. My omni partner and I also shared two vegan sides, a garlic pizza bread with parsley and rosemary roasted potatoes which were delicious.

All of the food was delicious and I hope Bosco expands its menu to include more vegan options in the future.

Point to note - fhe main menu does not clearly state which options are vegan, you need to download a separate allergins menu by a QR code or ask a member of staff.
