(Review from September 2020) Walked past there on my day trip. It just said "wholegrain bakery", but I asked about vegan options, and they actually had some vegan pastries! They weren't labelled, but staff knew about them. Quite nice for a quick (and probably even kind of healthy) bite in the old town.

Vegan cakes & wholegrain bread - Edit
Went here because they advertise their breads and flours being organic. Upon request, the friendly lady behind the counter pointed out the vegan baked goods, which included a few cakes as well. The 1000 Körnerbrot was very nice, so was the oats cake and the chocolate cherry cake.
