good matcha!

this place serves tasty ceremonial grade matcha. i just got a simple nitro matcha latte and it had oat and almond milk i believe? small inside (like lots of places here) but it was a refreshing drink to go

Not impressed

This is a small matcha tea shop, part of a chain, with a few seats (no available restroom). When I got there in mid-afternoon, they told me that they had no vegan food (contrary to what it says on the HC listing), but I could get a matcha latte with plant mylk. I got an iced matcha latte with macadamia mylk; it was just okay. I wasn't paying attention but I realized afterward that they charged a hefty "vegan tax" for adding the plant mylk--without telling me or mentioning this on the wall menu.

Cons: Tea is not great, they secretly charge a "vegan tax"

pretty good

was in the area looking for a good matcha. this place was just what i needed. the matcha isn’t too sweet which is perfect and they have a few good options, not a ton. i got the avocado toast and it was enough to get me through the day. offers oat and almond milk

Pros: a few veg options, yummy matcha

Cons: a lil expensive
