Vegan options upon request - Edit
There are no vegan options on the menu but the staff speaks English and will happily make a vegan version for you. Flavor was good and the burrito was filling.

One of the best restaurants in Gunsan - Edit
Visited this restaurant several times. On my last visit I had a vegan burrito and it was very good. But I couldn't finish it all by myself because it was quite big for me. All the dishes are served very quickly and the owners are super friendly. Especially I had a lot of conversations with the female owner and she is a really lovely and friendly person. I will be back anytime I visit Gunsan

Chico’s is a staple of the Gunsan community, for both vegans and non vegans. Whenever I have friends over I take them to Chico’s, and my friends from other cities always ask to go to Chico’s.
Read moreVegan options are burritos, chimichangas, nachos, and they are now trying vegan cookies. The burritos and chimichangas both contain a bean curd meat substitute that is nice, making the meal nutritionally balanced for vegans. These are also generous portions - especially the chimichangas for 11,000. They do not have vegan cheese as of now however.
The owner is is naive to California and makes delicious food, and he and his wife are very kind and accommodating.

I have been going to Chicos since it opened. The owner is super nice,and accomadating when it comes to vegan options. There's vegan bean meat and vegan sauces. I have tried everything on the menu and its all delicious. The seasoning for the fries and chips is amazing! Must try if you are passing through Gunsan!

I have been EXTREMELY happy with my order every time I visit Chico's. On my last visit I ordered vegetarian nachos and they were fantastic! Menu items can be made vegetarian or vegan so just ask. I wanted to give a 5-star rating but the system won't let me because this restaurant serves meat. In my book Chico's gets 5 stars for food and service ^^
