Not worth it - Edit
This stir fry bowl was $20, yet was 70% rice (I even removed more before taking this photo) and lacked any flavor. There didn’t appear to be any sauce or dressing. I do not reccomend coming here.

Delicious Korean-Chinese Fusion Cuisine in Northern VA - Edit
Chiko is a DC-based, Korean-Chinese fusion restaurant with a full bar.
Read moreWe tried the Dolsot Bibimbap with rice and veggies, which can be veganized by substituting tofu for the bulgogi and omitting the fried egg. We also tried the Veggie Dumplings, which come with a spicy dipping sauce, and the Korean Glass Noodles, which are loaded with veggies.
We reached out to Chiko's operations director prior to our visit, who told us that vegetarian menu items (marked "veg") are generally vegan or can be made vegan. Crispy Brussels Sprouts can be veganized by omitting the aioli. Chilled Peanut Noodles is an exception, as it contains egg and cannot be modified.
The portions were quite generous. Servers were friendly and welcoming, though we had to point out to them that a menu item that they told us was not vegan, was in fact vegan.
Pros: Generous portions, Many vegan or veganizable menu options, Flavorful dishes
