Italians Do It Better - Edit
Reservation required for this elegant place in which italian kitchen is queen of menu. Easy to review: it’s one of my favourite vegan restaurant i’ve never been. The dishes are well presented, the tasting of foods are incredible similar to “not vegan” ones. We chose mixed stuffed arancini, carbonara pasta and frittata with cheese and mortadella inside: so delicious! Ended meal with best tiramisu we ever had. Good young staff, highly recommended.

This Italian food is fabulous. The vegan pepperoni, cheeses, and other vegan meat options were miraculous. I don’t know how they do it. The people at Choose were great too. This is must have on our next trip to Madrid!

Had an excellent meal. The menu is fantastic. Too many options! Recommend ordering a few and sharing. We tried the antipasti, a couple of pizzas and a pasta. Everything was incredible! Service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

5 of us ordered 5 different things and two desserts. Everything was so so good. Everyone cleaned their plates. I saw a review that desserts were heavy, but I absolutely did not feel that way. Tiramisu and cheesecake were light and fluffy and good sharing size. Recommend making a reservation in advance.

Best vegan Italian food I've had, but worst service. - Edit
We made a reservation and when we arrived, the restaurant was basically empty with the exception of 3 other couples. We ordered the antipasto all'italiana, which had some of the best "cheese" and meats. We ordered wine, and then our dinner came. The food was delicious, but our server absolutely disappeared. We were the only people in our section, and didn't see any employees for 25 minutes! We couldn't order any additional wine with dinner. I had to get up to look for the server, and when I found her, she was in the front of the restaurant playing on her phone. I said "you disappeared", and all she did was laugh. We ordered dessert, which was way too dense and heavy. Food is really good in general, but the service makes me never want to go back.

Definitely one of the best vegan Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. They have really great special pasta creations and the parmigiani was amazing as well. Everything tasted delicious, service was lovely and dessert was another highlight. Highly recommend going there!

Some of the best food I’ve ever had, vegan or not. Our waitress, Lucia, was also incredibly accommodating when there was a slight misunderstanding over a dietary restriction. My mom, who is not a vegan by any stretch of the imagination, loved it as well. Can’t wait to go back!

This may be the best vegan restaurant I've been to in my life. The pistachio white pizza is simply incredible. Portions are so big that I couldn't even make space for dessert! So go easy on the starters even if you are a group of people. I came here with 6 non-vegans and they all absolutely loved the place, with some skeptics being impressed by the quality of vegan fake meats/cheeses. We ordered many different dishes and everyone was satisfied, so not a single miss for us out of 10 different dishes!

100% recommend going here of you don't mind spending a bit more than usual on food that absolutely deserves it, imo.

food is pretty well, except the tiramisu..
my bad, i had expectations, mostly coz of the photos and other dishes,
but this tiramisu isn’t even in top-10.
cream is fat n heavy, cookies are thick and heavy,
the look and portion size are good.
but again, for such heavy dessert, you better don’t eat much before.
pistachio cake is quite dry.

Choose is a vegan restaurant, as a vegan I came after reading warm reviews and had to try. My overall experience is OK. For starters we had Artichokes and a platter of "cheese" & "sausages" which was tasty but overpriced.

The quality of the food is really good, and dishes are very well-presented. The service is great. If I compare the prices with other restaurants, I don’t find this to be too expensive. It is more expensive than others, but you pay for what you get. 😀
