Very nicely decorated restaurant, with amazing food. We really liked the pistachio pasta, the artichoke starter and the Speculoos cheesecake.

The music played was electronic or something similar. Calm instrumentals or covers would fit better the type of restaurant.
Perfect restaurant for special occasions. For pizza and pasta in madrid, you also have Pizzi And Dixie, but Choose is a clear winner just because of the ambiance.

Mixed feelings about this place. I read all great reviews and I was excited to try. I went with a friend and we had two "daily menus". Starters were good. The soup was quite small but very tasty, ans the onion finger were a nice and tasty option. The main dishes were lacking in taste. The toppings on the pizza carbonara were good, but the dough of the pizza seemed to have no salt at all we thought. It was not nice to eat. The stew had a nice texture, but also I felt it was kinda bland, not only lack of salt but also lack of spices or something to add flavour to the soya/seitan pieces.

I went here with my husband and we shared the stuffed artichokes, truffle pizza, and pistachio pizza. The artichokes were decadent, fresh, and had incredible flavors that really meshed well together. Both pizzas were outstanding but way larger than we expected. I would love to go back and try everything on the menu. The menu is very long and it was difficult to choose a dish! Service was smooth and the restaurant itself is way larger than I expected. I would recommend making a reservation in advance.

Overall fantastic experience for a slow sit down meal. I had the carbonara pasta after struggling to decide between a lot of delicious options. The pistachio cake was a great way to end the meal.

I was amazed by their super long menu. The place is super beautiful and they have plenty of space. Everything we tried was delicious, but we only go to try a few things. Can't wait to go back and try everything.

We visited Choose this month to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and found the food absolutely delicious. We’ve traveled different countries and experienced different vegan restaurants but this one tops them all. The dishes are exquisite (we ordered 3 mains between two, and loved them all). We also highly recommend the tiramisu. Definitely the best vegan meal we’ve had so far!

We arrived at 7pm on a saturday and were the only guests, which made us wonder a bit. However the food was good. The fritto misto starter was a bit expensive for what we got, but the main dishes were quite ok.

The truffle pasta was much better, with al dente pasta and so much flavour.
I like about this restaurant that they offer traditional dishes you usually don't get as a vegan, at least not in a high quality.
I found the lingering sewage smell in the restaurant quite weird, but apparently this is a thing in many locations in madrid so I guess it is nothing to worry about.

Read moreChoose is a fine Italian restaurant with the biggest menu I've seen in any vegan restaurant yet, offering both typical and tourist friendly dishes in an endless succession.
From antipasti to pasta, pizzas, rissottos, "meats", "fish", mushrooms, etc. No ingredient is neglected and variety is king. Flavors are quite intense and pull from all the corners of Italy, from truffle umbrian dishes, to Milan specialities and Sicilian pasta. Truly a great place to revisit.
But it is hecking pricey if you don't go for the pizza.

Food was pretty good. Lots of options, all completely vegan. Well thought out, traditional Italian foods as well as pizzas and desserts. A little bland for my taste, but easily navigated with some salt (and if you’re like me, the bottle of hot sauce you travel with. 😜

Read moreEl menú es semanal por lo que no cambia. Esa semana había de entrante unos triangulitos de patata que estaban muy sosos y podrían haber mejorado mucho con un poco más de sal.
De principal, pedimos la pizza carbonara que era como comerse el bote de Kala Namak a cucharadas. Tampoco la masa era la de una pizza italiana que esperaba.
El otro principal fue una parmiggiana de berenjenas, que básicamente era tomate triturado al horno con un poco de queso y berenjenas.
Los postres, que eran tiramisú y pannacota, eran deliciosos.

A great vegan find. The restaurant itself is a lovely layout and the waiter was very welcoming and attentive and spoke very good English. The food was lovely, we had the ARANCINI to start, and bbq pizza and a calzone for main which were very good. I recommend the calzone. The portions were also well sized and they let us box up the remains to take away. We would definitely visit again whilst in Madrid! Thank you!

The happiest dining experience in Spain so far - Edit
Service, food and the atmosphere were all spot on. Our nut-allergic child was nicely met by the chef who promised to prepare a nut-free chocolate cake next time we’ll come eat there. Loved it all and will definitely return to Choose once back in Spain.

The food was simply delicious. Best vegan Italian cuisine I’ve had. I ordered Sicilian pistachio pasta, which was excellent, and my friend - carbonara, which you wouldn’t say is vegan. I also had a tiramisu, which was very good too. I’d definitely eat there at least once a week if I lived in Madrid.
