Speedy and tasty

This isn’t my first choice of food but I really enjoyed the two dishes we shared - Tacos and a mix and eat plate. Both were very tasty although the plate was basically the same ingredients as the taco but deconstructed. The two different falafel bites were tasty though and the sauce had a nice heat.
I will definitely eat here again when I need a quick bite.

Pros: Good vegan choice, Filling food, Indoor seating and toilet

Cons: The indoor seating is only upstairs

The food is superb, fresh, delicious good on prices and fast prepared even on short time notice.
Just the restaurant itself is quite small, so highly recommended on take away!

Lecker und nett

Die wraps sind sehr lecker und machen einen gesünderen Eindruck als Döner. Das personal ist immer sehr nett und wirkt sehr fröhlich. Sympathisch!

Cheap and friendly

€3.50 for a regulat wrap, €5 for a large. They have the vegan kofte and falafels. They put a lot of lemon juice on the kofte wrap that I got which was very overpowering so if you're not big on lemon then maybe ask for it without. They also do a loyalty card

Good food

The cigkofte are prepared on site and are always fresh, just like the other ingredients.
The place is clean and staff are friendly.
You can eat-in or take away, there's a few set meals and prices are affordable for what you get.

Very fresh, spicy and delicious

I come here at least once a week to eat the durum and/or a burger, which both are made with basically the same ingredients. Those are the kofte paste (very hot or mildly hot), salad, mint, parsley, tomato, cucumber and a spicy sauce. The food is always very fresh and crispy. The clerks are very friendly and the food usually comes quick, as the shop is rarely very crowded at lunch time. The downside to me is that they do serve one dish with real mince meat, which is kind of baffeling to me, because they have a big "vegan" sign in the window. But this seems to apply to the main dish only.

Pros: Great main dish, Friendly clerks, Freshness

Cons: Mince Meat

Vegan version of the traditional turkish cigköfte

This restaurant now got a second location at Graf-Adolf-Strasse, not far from the main station in Düsseldorf.

There's a lot of turkish restaurants and Kebaps around, but its hard to find a vegan food alternative in those (the Döner can be served only with salad or sometimes with Falafel, but without a sauce then its very dry). Good thing there is Cigköfte!

First impression: very clean and the veggies and salad look very fresh! The cigköfte (a paste usually made with meat) in this restaurant is produced completely vegan. It contains of wheat, tomato, chili and lots of herbs. You can choose between a hot and a mild version of it. It is served in a wrap, along with fresh salad, leek, tomato, cucumber, fresh mint leaves and parsley, some freshly squirted lemon juice and a sauce. I like to have the hot version without the sauce. It costs 3 €, which is very cheap and is very saturating. A very healthy and delicious lunch i think + great takeaway food.

The staff is very friendly. They sometimes serve you some tea while you wait (which is never long).

Pros: clean, fresh & healthy, cheap

Cons: aside from cigcöfte not much else to eat
