Childhood kebab stall memories in veggie - Edit
The kebab store is located near the station "Harburg Rathaus". Only a few meters from the station. The fastest way is from the exit/bus station "Hölertwiete".
Read moreI ordered a wrap with vegan chicken (the employee warned me that the chicken is spicy, I ignored it and then regretted it). I payed about 5€.
Apart from that, the store brought back good old childhood memories, but in vegan, of the kebab shop with dark wooden tables, staff with hairy arms (xD) and Turkish (here vegan) pastries on the counters. It's nice to have this in Harburg.

Vegan gem in Harburg! - Edit
Çigköftem is a gem in Harburg, because vegan dishes are hard to find here. I always have the Çigköfte Wrap which is so tasty and simple! I also enjoy the Falafel and Veggie bags very much. The ingredients are fresh and the prices are great. It’s simply perfect for either lunch or dinner as it is very quickly done. The staff is very friendly too. #Veganuary

Sehr nette Betreiber*innen, kleiner Laden mit "to Go" Angeboten. Die cigköfte sind gut und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis günstig. Nur die Variante im Brot ist wohl nicht vegan geeignet, da das Fladenbrot wohl nicht vegan ist.

Nice place to go to, because vegan options are pretty rare in harburg. I like the cigköfte and wheat balls very much.

It was fun to try food where I had no idea what it was or how to eat it, but I knew it was vegan so it was a process of discovery. We ordered the cigköfte paket and the falafel and the weizenbällchen (wheat balls). The weizenbällchen are nice and have a filling inside. I squeezed lemon juice over them for variety. The falafel and cigköfte came with lettuce and lemons and what were like tortillas but thinner (the falafel also came with pickles and tomatoes). I liked the falafel, but the cigköfte is pretty intense and I wasn’t super excited about it. I recommend just buying a small portion when trying it rather than a whole packet (it lasted us a few days).

Es macht spaß zu entdecken neues Essen! Wir haben die cigköfte paket und die falafel und die weizenbällchen bestellt. Die weizenbällchen war nett mit fullung und zitronen. Ich habe die falafel gemögt (es kommt mit salat, gurken, und tomaten), aber die cigköfte war intensiv. Es kommt mit etwas wie tortillas aber dünner und salat und zitronen. Ich emphole eine kleine portion von cigköfte bestellen für probieren - es gibt viel (es dauert 3 Tage).
Das Essen war billig und macht sat. Es gibt Tische und Stuhle drinnen aber es ist mehr wie eine fastfood restaurant.
Pros: Cheap, Filling
Cons: No vegan desserts, Not great for eating in

Not many vegan places in Harburg but this one is awesome. Friendly staff who gave recommendations and explained the menu. Great food. Well decorated place. Will come again!

The large vegan label on this storefront immediately catches your eye. There are some more of those on the menu.
Read moreThe vegan options are either Köfte or falafel, in a wrap or as a menu with salad and lavas bread. They also serve vegan filled wheat balls.
The wraps are rather small and not enough as a whole meal, but appropriately sized for 3,5€. You can also buy single falafel or wheat balls as a side.
Everything on the menu is vegan, except the desserts.

Ich kaufe dort öfters den Wrap, da es nicht viele vegane Optionen in Harburg gibt. Er ist lecker, aber ich werde nicht satt davon. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne. Es gibt veganes Baklava dort!

Great vegan Köfte - Edit
I have been eating at this place for more than 20 times. I had the Dürüm and the different packages. I love their food. It is always fresh, quick and friendly service and the prices are good too. The restaurant itself is super basic and is more a bistro than a fancy candle light dinner place.

Ich kam total unwissend in den Laden und wurde sofort von einem sehr freundlichem Mitarbeiter beraten der mir auch gleich eine Kostprobe anbot. Der Laden macht einen sauberen und netten Eindruck und die Preise sind fair.
