Good Option in the train station - Edit
One of the few vegan places in town that opens early. It's located on the ground floor of the train station which is nice (not the basement food hall). Several vegan bagels and vegan coffee options. The Veta Bagel hit the spot, although it was fairly oily (I think due to the sun dried tomatoes). They toast the bagels.
