all gluten-free, but not all delicious. there are TONS of vegan options that staff are happy to point them out and describe them. i sampled the hazelnut chocolate beignet, raspberry yuzu tart, caramel pecan tart, and carrot cake bread.
Read morethe pastry bases often err on being too solid and hard. the options are creative and beautiful, but even with balanced flavors, the textures can be a turn-off. you can also get drinks like an iced caramel almond macchiato.
Pros: 100% gluten free, lots of vegan options, spectacular service
Cons: textural discrepancies, expensive

Expensive and disappointing - Edit
I got very excited with the reviews here, but personally I was disappointed. We had one small cake, a tofu-avocado sandwich, two cappuccinos and an espresso (all this for over 40 euros! which even for Paris is very expensive - I live here). The sandwich had very little taste and the coffee was not very tasty. My stepfather liked his cake though. Another minus: When you eat in, they still serve you single-use paper cups and wooden forks. Staff was nice though.

I tried one of the almond pastries and get all the effort and work that goes in. But to charge over 7 € for a pastry is not okay in my opinion. I only realised the price later on my card bill. The pastry was okay but nothing super special.

Over half of their store is vegan. It’s labeled but make sure to ask the staff as the products are close together. I do think it was overpriced as I spent 50 euros on a few things. Beware of eating outside as a bird came and ate my expensive bread right out of my hand😄

Superb gluten free bakery - Edit
This place felt very exclusive - but the quality justifies that. Everything is gluten free, organic and fresh. They have cute names for their breads, which is a nice touch. All very expensive but worth it for a treat.
