Big disappointment for me - Edit
It’s always nice when vegan places pop up but this one really disappointed me. They look to have a decently big menu but when you look at it closely it’s the same 5 ingredients in different variations. They have this QR code menu so you order through your phone, and the servers constantly were confused about who ordered what. The food was bland, not horrible, but you know how vegan food can just be flavorless. And it was expensive too. Would absolutely not recommend, go to Backyard down the street.

Went here for a quick break while in the centre of Rotterdam and everything was delicious. You have to order through QR or at the counter.
Read moreService was quick but it wasn't too busy as it was between meal times. The matcha frappe sadly didn't taste like matcha but more like a vanilla shake. It was still okay but not what I expected. Pies were tasty, same for the cookies we took home.
Have yet to try any of the actual dishes but this was a great first visit.
Pros: Fully vegan, near shopping city centre, friendly service

This spot is really great, very casual with lovely staff and great food. I had their chicken and bacon baguette and it was to die for! I’ve found food in Rotterdam very expensive but this was one of the best priced places I found.

The food is decent, they have burgers, poke bowls and wraps. The burgers are a but mid, but the wraps were very nice. The food decent and the service is good. Biggest downside were the very sloppy fries, they also had rather weird spicing

Nice vegan spot in Rotterdam - Edit
We tried a burger with vegan bacon and vegan blue cheese! The burger was amazing. I really loved to try plant-based blue cheese as it is quite rare to find it in restaurants. Overall Copper Branch has really nice menu! The food was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the venue is beautiful.

Copper Branch is a healthy fast food chain and so was the experience. The selection is very big, the food came very quick and tasted good though not outstanding. We had the Surpreme Burger which was really good with corn (a bit too spicy) and a Shiitake Wrap and Onion rings. The caramelized Shiitake were really good as well. The lemonade we ordered tasted weirdly like cucumber but apart from that we would come back for another quick lunch. The staff was very friendly.

Restaurant met een leuke sfeer en erg lekker eten. We hebben een uur op ons eten moeten wachten, omdat er maar 2 dames waren die de boel tijdens de lunch draaiende moesten houden. Ik had met ze te doen. Gelukkig was het eten erg lekker en kregen we wat lekkers mee voor het lange wachten.

Well, not much to say about this specific location as I only stopped for cake and lemonade. Everything was good, staff was nice and the venue is super central and has lots of seated places.. very nice option for a vegan meal or snack when in the Rotterdam Center.

The bloke behind the bar didn't know what poutine is, which is a bit disappointing because it was the reason I chose this place, but he did recommend to me the shiitake wrap and that was spot on. €9 for the wrap and €4 for a simple coffee; make of that what you will. We got talking and he said the chain's not long been in Europe so the menu will be expanding in the future, to which I said "spannend".
