Didn't Have Vegan Options - Edit
I visited Coutume in October 2024, and they didn't have any vegan options. Seems like they may rotate their menu seasonally, which could explain why others have been able to access vegan food here. However, the staff was unable to make any changes to menu items, as they were prepared ahead of time. I was visiting from out of the country and needed to be able to access Wifi to search for another food option, but lo and behold, they didn't have Wifi either. I will give credit that the staff member who I spoke to was helpful and informative, but overall, I would like to caution others that it is not guaranteed to have vegan options.

Weekly special was great - Edit
The time I went the weekly special was a lentil stew and it was really good! Service is also friendly!
