Worth a visit - Edit
Was with my Omni friends, great compromise here. Food was pretty good, but nothing special. I was just stoked a BBQ place had a vegan menu. Great service, great beer list.

Our favorite vegan options place in Santa Fe - Edit
Incredible vegan avocado and cucumber cold soup! It’s a seasonal item so it’s not on the entire separate vegan menu. Jerk tofu platter and tacos are on the vegan menu; both are awesome. There’s a fantastic harvest salad with fennel too (vegan without dressing; there’s probably vegan dressing available too).

Dedicated vegan menu (ask for it) and many vegetarian options as well. The green chile fries were on point and the jerk tofu was a great, filling entree. The vegetarian butternut squash casserole was amazing.

Amazing Jerk Tofu! Super sweet staff! - Edit
After a long hike at Ghost Ranch, I was exhausted and landed here. I had a super sweet and friendly server and a fabulous local beer. My jerk tofu plate was 💯 and huge! I also had the guacamole and chips and was not disappointed.

First off - ask for the vegan menu. They have some vegetarian items on the regular menu, but there is a separate vegan menu. We ordered the chili and the mushroom fajitas. Both were delicious and very fresh. The chili was on the sweet side, and maybe that's the Santa Fe style. We started with vegan green chile fries, but I wouldn't get them again because the fries were not crispy. In looking around at other tables, that seemed to be the norm.

Went here on a Thursday night, only a 10min wait. Asked host for vegan menus when they were grabbing the menus (I guess it’s not only online anymore like some other reviews mentioned). We ordered the avocado toast; it could’ve been toasted longer but it was good. Also ordered the mushroom tacos; they brought animal cheese & sour cream out with it 🤨 Ordered the chili, it has a spicy bite to it 🌶. I asked the server to put a piece of bread in with the chili; he gave me three tortillas 🤷🏽♂️ Wasn’t impressed but it was the only place open that sounded appealing.

I’ve gone to Cowgirl BBQ encouraged by the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. I actually forgot to ask for the vegan menu, but the main menu had dishes that could be made vegan. I had the veggie chilli that was very flavour and the server immediately knew that I’m looking for a vegan meal and subbed the cornbread for tortillas. The bar is really fun, has a big selection of beer and cocktails. Great spot!

Read moreThe mushroom fajitas were very generous and come with the works - grilled veg, rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, fajitas. Nut burger was handmade and you could taste all the flavors. Jerk tofu platter was also delicious.
Had the cornbread on the side, make sure you get that it was so good!
Excellent service, and very reasonably priced.

The vegan menu is only available online, but it’s fantastic and staff know it well! We got the jerk tofu which was one of the most uniquely flavorful tofu dishes I’ve tried. The mushroom fajitas were also excellent. Great flavors, lots of margaritas, and seems more affordable than some of the other veg-friendly options in the area!

I was a little skeptical of visiting a BBQ place for a meal, but looked at the online menu and saw some appealing options. There was not a separate vegan menu, but all the online options except the Jerk tofu plate were listed on the main menu. We ordered the Jerk tofu, Mushroom fajitas and a Harvest salad for the 3 vegans in our party. Our server asked if we were vegan after we ordered the jerk tofu and then made sure all the orders were vegan (no cheese or sour cream on the fajitas and a salad dressing change on the salad). All three dishes were absolutely delicious. The jerk sauce on the tofu was amazing. The mushrooms for the fajitas were marinated perfectly and were not oil drenched like you find sometimes with fajitas. The salad was fresh and crisp with golden beets and fennel making it interesting and unique. I was sad that we discovered this place on our last day on vacation in Santa Fe. I would have loved to try more. They also have a vegan chili, a nut burger (vegan without the bun), fries covered in hatch green chili sauce and a few other things I can’t remember from the online menu. Don’t be dissuaded by the BBQ. This is a great place for a vegan meal.

Surprisingly delicious!! - Edit
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I could find no recent reviews of their vegan dishes. They didn’t seem to have a physical vegan menu and the hostess wasn’t sure about having any vegan items at all, but our waitress instantly knew what I was talking about when I asked about a jerk tofu platter. She also recommended we try the watermelon “steak” salad (a slab of watermelon flavored with tajin and balsamic glaze under mixed greens and sprinkled with candied pecans) without the feta cheese. I was admittedly nervous when the jerk tofu came out looking like two rectangles of grilled tofu with rice and beans, but the flavor of the jerk sauce was incredible! I wish I could buy that sauce and put it on everything! The tofu itself was also a deliciously smokey flavor. The watermelon salad was refreshing too. I was just so impressed that this BBQ joint had more than one vegan non-side item, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!
