Ordinary cafe-patisserie - Edit
Just a cafe with cakes, extra charge for plant-based milk, up to 10 types of cake in the display case, and, yes, 3 of them are marked as vegan. I tried Red Velvet, the cake is delicious, not too sweet, the price is normal. If you're not a fan of cakes, then there's really no point in coming here.

Amazing coffee - Edit
The drinks were very good. We had espresso, lavender raf and cold drink with coffee and berries that were delicious. Also there is a strudel but you need to order it without ice cream if you want it vegan. The staff was very kind and helpful and I really liked the atmosphere.

There are few vegan options: strudel (ask it without ice-cream) and drinks, but the place is very sweet. The staff is friendly and nice.

Hip cafe in the old town. - Edit
Vyborg is gentrifying (after a fashion), and so it gets places with good coffee and friendly service. CUP offers coffees and teas, with soya and oat milk options available for extra 50 roubles. The cakes and deserts are all vegetarian but only the strudel was introduced as vegan if you choose not to have ice cream with it. The sole complaint I have is bland easy listening music serving as soundtrack but this is nitpicking.
