I'm sure gluten sensitive people are all aware gluten free baking can be challenging and many people get it wrong. Defloured gets it 100% right and proves you can make some delicious desserts without gluten or animal ingredients. I've enjoyed their cookies and cakes a lot and was very surprised how delicious they always are! Definitely worth stopping by or picking up some treats for your friends. They won't have a clue there's no gluten involved!

Defloured is fully gluten free, but has a wide variety and quantity of vegan desserts. Often is it difficult (and not that good) to have gluten free and vegan, but Defloured does the job superbly. Recommend for custom cakes or a sweet treat!

Tried the almond chocolate date bar and it was really good! We purchased it at Native Foods as dessert. Next time we're in Chicago maybe we'll make it by the brick and mortar to try more treats.

Defloured specialized in gluten free treats but has many vegan options. I tried a peanut butter cookie pit and a cake pop at their bakery location, both delicious! I’ve also had some of their items from wholesalers and it’s never disappointed. Also happy with the size of the treats. I saw they’ve been robbed recently so extra reason to support this business!

They always have a large variety of vegan options available, including cookies, bars, and cupcakes. My personal favorite is the chewy chocolate ginger cookie. I’m not gluten free but it makes no difference, everything is really tasty.
