I’ve eaten here for years and watched the quality decline. Discovered after a long while that they cook the rice with butter. They used to give you roti as an option but now that costs extra. Someone there the other day told me there’s no ghee in the rice. I suspect that’s not true but I’m not going to find out. The food is now just oily and a poor value, and no straight answers.
This restaurant was a perfect dinner spot for the frigid December evening I was there - and I think it is my favorite Indian restaurant in the area. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the dishes were all so fresh, tasty, and warming! My friend and I shared Baingan Bharta (mashed eggplant cooked with spiced tomatoes and onions) and Aloo Gobi Masala (delicately spiced cauliflower and potatoes), accompanied by the Roti bread which is vegan (some of the other breads are not). Vegan items are not clearly marked, though the staff were very helpful about identifying the vegan selections for us.
Hasn't been a review on here in years. I ordered from here using GrubHub. I even got it without oil. It was delicious! Great vegetarian menu, with lots of vegan variety on it.

Chole is amazing! - Edit
The chole is my favorite menu item. Get some roti to dip in it. Nice outdoor seating for warmer weather. The samosas are also amazing!
