Desoriente is an absolute gem in Barcelona. The food is creative, bursting with flavor and you can taste its not processed and definitely freshly-made food.

* Oishi Broccoli: Fantastic dish with a deeply layered, beautifully faceted sauce.
* Kiss Me Ramen: Excellent comforting bowl featuring their incredible homemade pasta.
* Operacion Bikini: Delicious sandwich with juicy, ultra-tasty seitan and an extremely good sauce featuring their homemade bread.
* Homemade Snickers Bar: simply a great chocolately dessert.
The flavors are all memorable and not flat at all (as in places were some dishes partly use processed ingredients). Service is top and the owner is super friendly and very enthusiastic about food and what they built. Chapeau. Definitely check it out when in Barcelona.

Really nice lunch. Got there just after opening and within 20 minutes it was steady for a Monday. The server (possibly the owner) was really helpful, very knowledgeable and passionate about his restaurant. Food was all great. A slightly long wait between starters and main, but it's all scratch-cooked, and worth it when it arrives. Unusual flavours, thanks to the fusion of different ingredients but it all worked. Some outdoor seating. Ten minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya station. Would definitely return.

Ladies and gentlemen and everyone in between, Desoriente is not just a restaurant… it is a whole experience. The plating, the food, the comforting presence of Marco… you just don’t get all these things anywhere else in the world other than Desoriente.

We went here for lunch on our final day and were very warmly welcomed in by the staff who were excited and passionate about the food they serve letting us know about the inspiration behind the restaurant and the dishes. My partner and I ordered the two noodle dishes on the menu and they were exceptional with very generous portion sizes. A little bit on the pricey-er side than we've typically paid but still far below UK prices and much better quality.

The only disorienting part of Desoriente was how good the food, atmosphere, and location felt. When we arrived, we were greeted wonderfully by Marco, who was such a great conversation! The sushi was divine (reminder to eat without soy sauce for best flavor!) and so was the fusion tortellini. Next time will stay for dessert, and there will definitely be a next time in the future!

Had an unreal meal here today. Loved my server Marco who helped me decide what to try, and boy was he right! I got the complete meal of the day which included a delicious colorful set of spring rolls, ramen miso with bok choy perfectly cooked, and a cute carrot cake with lime whip at the end. Also included my fave water with gas and lemon. I added on the crispy seitan with Caesar dressing and was absolutely memorized by it! Highly recommend. Topped it off with a cafe con leche. Excellent service and excellent experience as a solo diner.

Absolute flavour sensation! All homemade on site, large selection of dishes, from sushi to noodles to pasta to tapas (Philippino Italian inspired). Wonderful friendly hosts, we met Marco one of the owners, who is very attentive and clearly passionate about amazing creative vegan food! Restaurant is super cute yet funky, we had a gorgeous lunch from the main and set menus, very full because our eyes are bigger than our bellies and it was too exciting 🙌😂🫶

They have a wide range of vegan offers, a really decently priced menu of the day, and really friendly service! The food is the best restaurant food I’ve had yet. The place is clean, cozy and quirky. And they have several different venues in Barcelona, each apparently with their own culinary direction.

Wow, we were so impressed by this fusion spot! The food was so incredible and elite. If you like asian food and you’re in the area, you really have to go! The indoor atmosphere was ambient and fun; our server Ana was so sweet, and the food amazing! Got a few sushi rolls and the ramen to complete the meal. We love indian and japanese food so this was a dream come true!

Some really brilliant choices on the menu. I had a bao bun followed by the tasty kiss me ramen 3.0, and despite feeling really full couldn’t resist trying the snickers dessert. Glad I did, it was phenomenal. Next time I visit Barcelona I will be back to sample the sushi. Highly recommend!
