Overrated - Edit
Duke is a very comfy place with nice decoration and cozy lighting. Sadly, they reduced their vegan options to a vegan burger, a guacamole and plantain chips. Not even their "vegan tacos" are fully vegan as the sauce contains dairy. Their Thai curry, which traditionally is only made with coconut milk, also has cow milk in it and it’s not possible to veganise it, as it’s prepared already - same happens with their Indian curry which contains yoghurt. Moreover, they double book their tables at night and make you leave by bringing you the bill immediately after having finished eating, without you having asked for it.

Very tasty vegan tapas options - Edit
Had «impossible vegan grilled labanese kebab» and «vegan mexican tacos» that tasted amazing. My partner also loved it (and he is not vegan). Also had the «Dukes vegan impossible burger» that comes with vegan aioli, which tasted amazing as well.

Last time I went they had a new menu I think... Not a single vegan main dish animore... The only thing vegan was 3 starters and 1 desert... So not much more then potatoes and chocolate...

Read moreAnd yes, I was told they had a vegan chocolate cream which I ordered right away. Although it didn´t look like too much it was very filling and quite enough for me.
It was also very well designed with nuts and berries on top.
7,20€ surprised me still. You get a whole meal for that somewhere else, but it seems to be high quality food and the place is nice.

The food is absolutely delicious. We had the smoked aubergine stew, avocado fritter (the dipping sauce is amazing), Sweet potato fries, the vegan tacos and the desert spoon!

I recently discovered the Duke´s. and OMG I would literally go there every day. 17 Euro for a complete vegan menue of the day including water and bread (for those who eat that) is a very very good price for what you get there!
