Si avisas de que eres vegano al pedir te permiten hacer ciertos cambios en los ingredientes de algunos platos para veganizarlos. Son muy amables y serviciales.

I wanted a vegan ramen, since they only have one with egg. I tried to inquire, if it's vegan, if they leave out the egg. But waitress didn't seem to know what vegan was. Tried it in English first, but she didn't speak it, then Spanish.
In the end, I simply requested the vegetable ramen sun huevo, trusting the reviewer before me.
There is no vegan labelling in the menu.
I didn't like it. And it didn't have egg, but it smelled like egg.
Waitress also forgot my edamame.
Authentic vibe and inexpensive, quick food.

Good vegan options but not marked - Edit
Every now and then I need Thai or Vietnamese food and this is a good address. The waiters waitresses understand what vegans mean and can show several options in the menu, in Spanish and English (except one waitress). I had the Massaman curry and it was good 👍

Tienen ramen vegetal, tiene huevo pero pides que lo quiten. Tienen gyozas vegetales y algunas opciones más. No tienen postres veganos T_T

Totalmente un acierto, buscaba un chino/japonés con opciones vegetarianas y estoy super contenta. Hay comida de todo tipo con opción vegetariana. El ramen y los rollitos vietnamitas increíbles, las gyozas tremendas.
