For direct consumption you will find a great choice of organic fruits, nuts and some cereal bars.
It is more a supermarket to get all your ingredients in order to make your vegan dishes or desserts.
They also have a choice of supplements.

If you're looking for things the regular supermarkets don't have EkoPlaza is always a good choice.
Read moreSince it's not a vegan place you have to read all the labels to be sure what you're getting is vegan. For that reason, I prefer going to vegan shops, but other than that it's pretty good.

A great store selling a pretty awesome range of vegetarian and vegan foods, fresh groceries and household items. On the day we went, there was an opportunity to try some super healthy frozen wheat grass. There are quite a lot of health food shops in Amsterdam and for sure this is one of the crackers!

As with the other EkoPlazas in the Netherlands, this has a good range of fresh fruit and veg, breads, pasta, dairy-free cheese etc etc, and also cruelty-free cleaning products. This is quite a large store. The downside? It's by no means fully veggie or vegan, but I'd say this is the best large chain for ease of finding vegan items, in Amsterdam at least.
